Description: Come join Garfield Community Farm, in collaboration with Onika and Win from Black Dream Escape, for a peaceful evening to celebrate community, music, and the return of spring on March 19th, during evening golden hour (right before sunset).

During this rest session, Onika and Win will sing and guide a mindful walk through the farm. You will be encouraged to interact with the land in a non-work oriented way—silent meditation, tapping into the senses, and whatever else the heart desires. Together, we will explore the

healing gifts of consciously building a relationship with the land.
